2Unreliable and incompetent. I had an appointment they rescheduled twice without asking if it was alright, the receptionist never gave me my treatment plan before my visit when I was supposed to be getting work done. She told me she would get back to me in regards to what my plan covered and what we would be doing on Monday, yet she never did nor replied to my emails/voicemails. She was "out of office" every day I had to touch base. It shouldnt be up to the client to keep in touch with the dentist office and take days out of work just to have an appt rescheduled without consent.
