2The receptionist who I am fairly certain takes care of the price quotes and billing is a complete moron. The bill for work (e.g. fillings) has usually been twice the original quote. This has been the case for all these types of procedures for both me and my wife. So if you go the Dr Terada, get a quote in writing. Also, we are still seeing invoices sent to our insurance company almost two YEARS after the work was performed. For instance, got a note from my insurance company today (2/8/12) for work done on 9/21/11.
