Dr Liu has been my dentist for 20 years. Appointments have been easy to get. He has performed performed several root canals, appiectomies, and one bridge. All have been efficient and gentle as can be. His staff is wonderful! Friendly, informative. He is clear in instructions and options for the best treatment. He Called me back when a broken tooth prompted an after hour call. His cosmetic work is flawless as you can’t even tell my sons front teeth were chipped. His stories of growing up in China have been enlightening. I would recommend Dr. Liu any day

Not a good listener. Doesn’t explain things well. Seems more interested in getting your money than making you happy.

This was the best experience I\'ve had going to the dentist. Dr. Rizzo was very professional and takes his time to explain everything. It\'s great knowing you can go to a place where you feel welcome and know the doctor is going to listen to your needs. I needed a lot of work done to my teeth and I couldn\'t be happier with the work Dr. Rizzo completed. He is a very talented doctor and I highly recommend Dr. Rizzo to anyone. He will definitely meet and exceed your expectations.

I worked with Dr. Wilhelm 2015 to present. Dr. Wilhelm submitted initial pre-A in 2017 to include entire treatment plan but he was out of network so min. coverage. Nov. 2018, Health Partners expanded my benefit to include outofnetwork experts. This time, Dr. W submitted a pittance of the 2017 pre-A focused on bite issues and worn crowns. HP informed me he should resubmit based on need; I had to beg him to resubmit based on orig preA from 2017;he doc\'d in record that I asked for strange things; recent consult/review affirmed need/he submitted pre-A and then referred me back to expert at HP. Pre-A was approved and Dr. W doesn\'t care? he can afford to lose $17k? really? his assistant was hostile during recent consult and Dr. W. did/said nothing to her. He had me pop out temp glued crown and then refused to reglue it! I am beyond baffled. 4 yrs/approx. +$1600 out of pocket $$ from me and he abandoned me and $17K. HP paid him to walk away? BC that is the only answer possible answer here.

Hard to believe they have this imbecile in clinic....worst instructor,,,,totally clueless,,,,NYU shame on you.

I cannot say enough good things about Schara Dentistry! Both him and his entire staff go above and beyond- and I know I am not easy to deal with when it involves the dentist. Thank you all!

I\'m very nervous about going to the dentist. These guys really put me at ease. Dr. Kreps and staff listen to what you have to say. They also explain what they are doing and give choices and talk over treatment with you. Love this office!
