This is an HONEST review of DIS-Honest Dental in Manistee. In March of 2022 my wife was experiencing COVID Symptoms and decided to cancel her dental appointment for that day. She informed them the morning of her appointment that she wasn\'t feeling well. It was the right thing to do and required by DIS-Honest dental to keep COVID out of their office. Then a couple months later a $25 charge showed up on our account for a \"missed appointment\". My wife called to remind them that she was having COVID symptoms that day and that is why she cancelled the appointment. DIS-Honest dental decided to pursue this ridiculous $25 charge anyhow. I understand in reading the many negative reviews online, that DIS-Honest dental charges patients for \"COVID-AIR\" ??? I guess if you are charging patients for missing their appointments due to COVID, then one is to assume you want these patients to come into your office to infect everyone. Shame on you DIS-Honest Dental !
