2During an appointment confirmation call, I told them I had new insurance and according to my insurance, they’re not on the list of providers and I may need to cancel. The assistant told me they did take my insurance and took my policy information. We arrived at the appointment and my child was taken back. A few minutes later, an assistant came to me and said they couldn’t process the claim and I’d have to pay out of pocket. They apologized but offered no solution.
