5They cancelled my appointment but never called me so I had to reschedule. Second visit waited 30 minutes for my appointment, so I complained and rescheduled again. Before I my next appointment they sent me a letter saying essentially because I complained that I was not a good fit for them as a patient and should find another dentist. They didn't even spell my name right on the letter. I went in to pick up my x-rays they charged me 20. Because they said they belonged to them. horrible place.
