This man does not know how to fill a cavity in a back molar. I\'ve had another cavity in the back previously, so I know that a good dentist doesn\'t need to jam his entire fist in your cheek to do it. Whether it\'s because he did that or because he stuck my gums too many times with the numbing agent, I was left with a lopsided mouth. It has been about a year and the left side of my mouth still droops, so apparently this is permanent. Do not go to this dentist if you care about how you look.

Dr. Noie was my second opinion. He is very high energy and positive. His office staff is very polite. I wish I could be that complimentary of his techniques. I had five implants and four of them failed. I had the fifth one removed because of repeated infections and continued pain after 7 months. When I requested my records it took several request and took over a month. He lied in his notes, I do have proof of this (I really feel that he rewrote his notes). I wish I would have gone somewhere else. After 8 months I still had no upper teeth. I have found a truly professional dentist who will get the smile that Dr. Noie promised me. The dentures he had made me never fit and no matter how much fixadent I used, they would NOT stay in. I lost 40 pounds over the 8 months. I am out of $13,000.00 and 100% dissatisfied. He does not follow the Standard of Care. I will be reporting him to the Texas State Board of Dentist.

My husband and I have been Dr. Flannagan\'s patients since her first day and we would never go anywhere else. She and her staff are so dedicated to doing the right thing. We love them!
