Aug. 4,2020...I purchased veneer plus package with high hopes of working with company to receive new veneers. Unfortunately, that did not happen because of the following. It is very unfortunate that Company chooses to disparage a customer instead of reaching out to assist them as originally requested back on August 25th. The facts are for me in dealing with company: 1) Company chose to only respond to text messages for assistance. No other separate option was given to me and since I noticed company never answered phone direct. I discovered, when completing these impressions, you really need readily available assistance to get it right. 2) Total of 3 voice calls returned by representative. The 1st call returned was for me to sign up and pay for service. At no time was it mentioned in beginning was refund and terms and conditions discussed. 3) When noticed making impressions proved more difficult than anticipated, I consistently asked for direct assistance and availability, instead of texting. I Advised wanted to be successful in getting done and not keep going back and forth text. Everything came to head on August 25th and I asked to please speak to someone or Management direct. Not only was my request refused. Representative(Barbara)flipped and stated there was no one else for me to speak with and directed me to send email for refund request, since I was refusing options she presented. Stated that was only way and someone would respond in 24hrs. She stated she would no longer be in loop, not return any emails, calls or texts. Unfortunately, that is exactly what she did. In fact, from August 25th until today 9/24/20, no one , including Management or Owner has contacted me direct or even shown willingness to remedy situation. They completely stonewalled me and choose to do divisive, non customer friendly, things like this. I received one email 2 days ago, because of reaching out to Consumer Affairs. But before I could respond, they posted this today which shows they continue to act in bad faith. 4) Because of all of this happening, I had to seek out alternative measures for assistance and wrote this review 2+ weeks ago. Instead of company reaching out to assist and call me to rectify, they continue to act in a negative contrary manner and refuse refund. No customer should ever have to go through this type of experience. I have no idea what is going on with them, but they really need to do the right thing and get it together. 5) When I ordered my veneers, I was truly excited and couldn't wait to receive them. But the way the company has handled this situation and their refusal to take care of me as their customer has really disappointed me..
He is nasty. Make sure he puts on clean glove before he gives you an exam. His office manager job is to make him money and he treats staff who are in constant fear of him. Of course there is a lot of turn over. Also make sure there is no blood on instruments. God he is so nasty.
A great dentist. Well pleased with all of the work that i ve had done over the past 20 years with him. .
had broken a tooth overnight and was in severe pain. was able to see DR. within 3hrs of contacting his service. i have a lot of anxiety and the staff plus the dr. to help me calm my fears. i would recommend him highly .
