How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
6Had a terrible experience. Was referred for a root canal, found this office on my insurance site. The receptionist handed me an ipad with a visibly dirty screen to fill out paperwork. I read the document, it detailed all the things that could go wrong and then finished with a paragraph indicating the doctor had evaluated me and I had agreed to the plan of treatment. I asked about this and the receptionist (who was very nice) told me to not sign until I was evaluated. The assistant took me down very steep stairs to their basement exam room, then up the very steep stairs to an upstairs exam room. Dr. Negron came in seemed very hostile, she asked over and over "what is your question", I finally figured out it was the ipad document I had not signed yet. She had me sign, before she examined my tooth and gave a treatment plan. She told me my tooth was too damaged for a root canal and I would need to get it extracted. This required another appointment with another specialist at their office. I went out and the receptionist gave me the ipad to sign, there were other documents that then came up which I needed to fill out and sign. The male dental assistant stood and harassed me, "hurry up, hurry up we need to go home" for several minutes, until I finally said something. I left still in pain, no help at all from this dentist. A terrible experience I will not go back to that office.
