Dr. Ashba was very gentle and patient. They seem to take my NY State employee dental insurance which is the primary reason I chose this dentist (the secondary being positive reviews online). All the staff I dealt with were very kind and helpful. I will be going back and hope to become a regular patient there..
Dr Ashba has done tremendous work on my teeth and continues to. I found her through CSEA and she has basically saved my teeth. I recommended her to co workers and one actually went and is very happy with her work. I have had four male Dentists in my life and she is a much better Dentist than any of them. A good dentist can be hard to find. If you're here, you've found them. Everyone I've encountered at this office has been wonderful. I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Art & Science Dentistry. From the assistants to the hygienists to the dentists to the office, everyone is friendly and professional. The exam by Dr. Shchipkova on my first visit was thorough and descriptive; never once was I left in the dark while the professionals did their work. She kept me informed each step of the way what she was examining and what she'd found. Afterward, she presented a very coherent treatment plan that addresses the issues she'd found. Thanks to her exam, none of this was a surprise to me and it was very easy to follow. On a subsequent visit to address part of my treatment plan, I encountered people I hadn't met, and each of them (including Dr. Shchipkov) was warm, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Shchipkova was once again very professional and helpful as she performed the treatment. I've never in my life said I'd recommend a dentist until now. Give Art & Science Dentistry a call. Go in for a consultation. I promise you'll be glad you did..
