Do not make the mistake of using this dr! I was given a printed estament of what my procedures would cost. After having the first one completed, I recover a bill for almost a hundred dollars over that amount. I called to resolve the issue and got no where but hung up on.. After calling my insurance company and finding the remaining amount was a quarter of the amount I was billed for I called back. The receptionist was frustrated when confronted with the truth and hung up agin and again.
