I am honestly shocked by the negative reviews, but then maybe people just aren\'t familiar with the process. I had braces as a kid and you don\'t expect the Dr to be there all the time, just like the regular dentist. Personally, I want to get in and out and appointments are easy to come by and they are ALWAYS on-time if not early. They over-explain IMO!!! I mean, just let me know if something is wrong. :-)
