She was insensitive about our foster care situation, kept addressing me and our foster son by the wrong names, almost cancelled our procedure after driving 40 minutes to get there from another county because she hadn’t read the letter from his specialist about the precautions, started drilling on his tooth 1 minute after Novocain and after 3 total shots of Novocain she extracted his tooth after having done no sensory testing to see if he was numb. It was the most pain I have ever seen this 4 year old in. She tried giving me the post care instructions while he was screaming in my ear. She was absolutely clueless about juvenile diabetes as well (and we were referred to this office as we were told they could deal with this). After being highly concerned about his blood sugar prior to the procedure & us working really hard to get it down, she handed him a popsicle without asking me then told me to feed him mashed potatoes , ice cream and pudding. Our foster son is absolutely traumatized
