2I get a lot of personal attention and great information every time I see Dr. Oakes. I am most appreciative of the excellent dental services I have received from all of the staff at Dr. Oakes\' office. The greeters at the front desk are both efficient and effective in checking patients in for appointments, and again for carefully making payments to their credit cards when they check out. On checkout they work pleasantly with you to schedule follow-up visits at convenient dates and times that meet your schedule. The entry waiting room is clean and attractively decorated. In the operating rooms, every surface is spotlessly clean, bright, shiny, and up to date, new. If you go for only a cleaning, after the cleaning Dr. Oakes will inspect the finished cleaning and make recommendations for your next visit. I give Dr. Oakes five stars!!!

1Very bad experiences there from both the dentist Dr. Mullins as well as their billing practices. Just had work for two crowns done and my face looks like I was punched with the bruises. There is a definite thumb print visible on my lower jaw. My cheek still hurts horribly even after a week due to the way the anesthetic was injected. The temporary doesn't match up right so my jaws can't close and then he tried to tell me it's the tooth in front causing it. I have pain in the tooth. There's more.

9They canceled my last 2 appointments within 24 hours of my appointment time. Their reasoning for the first was a scheduling error and second was for being short-staffed from a maternity leave. No foresight to reschedule. At my visit today I was locked into the building after the COVID screening. Fire alarm went off with no easy way out. When I questioned them about locking the door I was told to call the fire marshal and was refused service. I was just letting them know but they wanted to argue with me on the the door being locked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Owner refused to have conversation about my bad history with scheduling. They have acted horrible with no professionalism in front of my son on multiple occasions.
