1ON MARCH 22 2016 I WENT TO YOUR OFFICE TO SEEK DENTURES THROUGH MEDICAD AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR RECEPTIONIST WHOSE FIRST NAME IS TONYA AND IT WAS SO UN BEARABLE ON HER RESPONSE TO ME. SHE KEPT SAYING SHE WASNT GOING TO CALL A NUMBER OR EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH WHAT MY WORKER AT HUMAN RESOURCES MEDICAD OFFICE TOLD ME TO TAKE TO YOUR OFFICE. ALL I ASK HER TO DO WAS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THAT NUMBER AND THEY WOULD SEND PAPER WORK TO BE FILLED OUT THAT I WAS COVERED FOR THE DENTURES
