I have been with Dr. Cooper for several years. I am currently looking for another dentist. Dr. Cooper is very nice and knowledgeable. However, her staff changes very often. It is very hard to develop connections with anyone other than Dr. Cooper. Staff is here today gone tomorrow. Billing is often incorrect and inconsistent. Appointments are hard to come by. Even if there is an emergency like a crown coming off. Pricing is another issue. I have often been told my procedure would be on price but changed another. I always end up with a bill no matter how many questions I ask about cost before the services. Lastly, I have trusted Dr. Cooper with a lot of my dental work. She has placed several crowns. Most of the crowns have cracked, come loose, or fallen out in less than five years. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Time for a new dentist.
