Totally untrustworthy and incredibly incompetent in the billing dept. They told me they took my insurance. 6 months later they sent me a bill saying they didn't take my insurance. I paid the bill, then this morning I received another bill for work done in April of 2022. Their accounting and billing are a total mess and you cannot be sure what they will charge. I am also a medical practitioner. It takes me all of 2 days to find out if the patient is covered under their insurance. It is total BS that it took 6 months to find out if my insurance covered their services and OUTRAGEOUS that I get a bill 1 year after services were rendered..
Dr. Hartel Patel is well mannered but lacks surgical experience. She undertakes to fix your problem that she is not adequately trained for. Only after a few visits devoted to cleaning and basic dentistry, not even needed, she refers you to dental surgeon. I had a very bad experience. Also her staff asks for advance payment before the work is performed. She hides what she can't perform..
Not a big fan of Dentist Offices but this one never disappoints. The staff is very nice and professional you can tell they actually care about the patients dental health as well as comfort..
My first appointment went wonderful. The staff was professional and very caring. Wow!!! The chairs with seat warmers and TV's on the wall-ceiling. Entertainment while you get your teeth cleaned. You bet I'm going back..
Dr. Bickers and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Most recently, I had an emergency need, due to a cracked crown that was placed by another dentist. I called the office and he was able to see me the very next day. He provided immididiate, temporary relief and they scheduled me for a permenant replacement. The entire office makes me feel like I am their main priority. Dr. Bickers takes it to the next level by always asking me about my family and expressing genuine interest. My husband, 3 year old, and I couldn't be happier with the care we receive..
The stigma of 'hating to go to the dentist' disappears thanks to DJ and staff. Everyone there is top notch at their jobs as well as customer service. I've never known a better group..
