3Front desk swore at me infront of my kids. I am not overly religous, but when there\'s a misunderstanding regarding insurance, and the front desk says \"Jesus Christ\" at me while being exasperated infront of my kids, there are no words, it is just as bad as an f bomb. When I called to speak to the Dr Greg about my experience, the office manager called me back. I am so disgusted by the unprofessionalism. I trying very hard and patiently to figure out what happened and what I was getting billed for and why (not to refuse payment, to make sure I was getting what I was paying/asking for). Dr. Greg seemed nice, but he really needs to take responsibility over the people in his office. I was repeatedly told they are a \"high volume\" office, which apparently means they are too busy to speak respectfully, or call them with an apology.
