How I wished I have read all the reviews about this woman before I scheduled myself for a root canal with her. HONGSA SITU is a very uncaring dentist! I typed all the letters of her name in upper case because I want Americans to beware of her. This woman does not care about her patient at all. She is very insensitive!!! My root canal experience with her was painful and traumatic. She did not listen to me despite my request for a numbing gel before the injection. She just bluntly replied, "I don't believe in it.".
DR NOWAK, Gentle Dental, just lies, cheats and steals. They made me pay in full before my insurance ran out. OK. Then they gave me a denture that wouldn't even fit. Dr Nowak said no problem, took it back and said they'd make me a new one no charge. They won't give me my tooth back! They demand another $1000 cash upfront before I can even talk to Dr Nowak! SCAM ALERT! THEY KEPT MY MONEY, CHARGED MY WIFE's INSURANCE, AND WON'T EVEN LET ME HAVE THE BAD DENTURE THEY MADE! STRAIGHT UP INCOMPETENT RIPOFFS!!!.
Red flags to me. It was a financially expensive experience, as well as requiring remedy of work he did do..
As previously stated, 10 out of 10, 5 star rating..
Dr Shah is competent and thorough..
From the time I walked in the office until I left, everyone was so kind and good to me. I am not the best with dentist as I have had some not so good experiences (I’m sure some of you can relate). From Dr. Shah, to everyone else, thank you so much for helping me feel at ease and taking care of my bad tooth and repairing my sinus. Each and everyone of you are the best!.
