Amy and Dr. Massie are great. But their front desk staff Carol is one of the rudest persons I ever met. Every time I spoke to Carol to check in, check out or schedule an appointment, I felt like being yelled at. I always tried to be nice, but she looked and sounded angry all the time. Carol makes me feel really uncomfortable. For this reason, I decided to stop going to Dr. Massie\'s office and will not recommend my family or friends to go there.
