Check-in was very easy and they were very friendly and efficient. A+ there. Assistant that did the xrays was very nice and gentle. Dentist was rough and abusive. Hurt me and scared me. (And I was already in pain and scared when I got there.) Never apologized, just said, and I quote, "I wasn't THAT rough and I can't help you if I don't hurt you". You could have been gentle instead of a bully. You could have tried to take into consideration that I'd already been to the ER and gotten 2 shots that didn't work due to the infection. You could have taken into consideration that I was already in enough pain that I told the assistant I truly thought I was going to die from the pain the day before. You could have been a professional. Maybe introduced yourself and tried to set me at ease. Maybe talked to me before ripping my mouth open. It was a traumatizing experience that I will never forget. Shame on you, Dr. Harrington. Shame on you.
