This was my first experience with an orthodontist. It was terrible not sure why he does explain anything when you first get your braces on and only gives you two videos to watch, not to mention those video never even explained the process of braces. He does have an attitude sometimes and does talk behind people back even though they are there(guess he didnt know I understood chinese) very professional,. He never think ahead for his patients and never explains stuff UNTIL you ask him.
