I have been seeing Dr Steele for almost 20 yrs and he has always gone above and beyond to help and give me the best care. He has always been so nice and makes me feel very comfortable. I have a dental emergency and when trying to schedule with Dr Steele, someone from the office named Kristen Vieson has told me that I had a bill from my last visit that was written off and now I can not be seen there anymore. At that visit, I was told my insurance would cover it and I did not receive a bill. I\'m assuming it couldn\'t have been a couple hundred dollars. I said I would pay it, but was told by Kristen due to their policy, Dr Steele would not be able to see me even if paid. I asked for the info on the service and was given notes on the dates the office tried to contact me. I have requested to talk to Dr Steele, but I have not heard anything. I do not believe that it was his decision to not see me anymore after all the years of services because of one bill that I did not know about.

I\'ve been working with Dr. Sandler for more than 20 years. I have never had a \"bad\" appointment or treatment. The support staff is excellent, the wait0time is minimal, and he is quickly available if there is a need to go in without a regular appointment. I totally recommend Dr. Sandler!
