25I came here on my insurance recommendation. NEVER AGAIN. I went last Wednesday because I had an infected tooth and the wait was about an hour. Dr. Gelman seemed very nice. Before the next appt, I expressed my anxiety going to a dentist, she said I should be find with local and I said no I can\'t and I\'d just reschedule. WELL, this is when the conversation went downhill. She said she never does general and when I tried to explain my anxiety, she said to me \"YOU ARE RIDICULOUS AND YOU WASTED MY TIME\" several times. She put me in tears. She was unprofessional and heartless on the phone. I will never go to her again and she should be retrained for customer service and bedside manner.
