She has her staff keep notes whether she has or has not met the patient and notes about their life. Then she sneaks behind them reads the notes comes around the other direction and pretends she knows them. Dr Carter is way overher head and can not command or deliver the services Dr Olson did. She is passive aggressive wet behind the ears and does sub par dentistry. FIND A NEW DENTIST! TRUST ME!
