Dr. Ankrum is a nice man and a good dentist but he isn\'t well-served by his office manager. I recently had crown work done and when I checked out I was told, \"Your part will be $430.\" Then I got a bill in the mail for $1050. I\'ve never had crown work done and I don\'t walk around with my dental coverage memorized. When someone tells me that, I should be able to assume he has checked my insurance and is giving me the correct information.
