Dr.Ankrum give me my first root canal and as bad as a root canal sounds it wasn't everything under Dr.Ankrums control was 100% A+ I've never had numbing medicine injections and barely at all could feel the needle until this time. Dr. Ankrum and staff was patient and professional. I would return to Dr. Ankrum for dental services without hesitation. Jody Gautier.
I had a consultation with Dr Ankrum and his staff on 7/3/2017 and was told that I needed to have a root canal retreated. After reviewing my insurance information I was told that I would be responsible for $412.90 of the $825.80 total, which I paid at the time of the initial treatment. Six weeks after the final treatment I receive a bill for an additional $927.97. I also experienced pain during the waiting period between treatments, and never received an explanation of what caused it. I am still.
