I'm extremely disappointed by the treatment that I received here. I was never able to get braces as a child so, as a young professional, I saved up my money and decided to straighten my teeth as an adult. I had moved cities and had begun my treatment with another orthodontist. It was mostly done by the time I moved so when Dr. Bodgan quoted me four months to finish up the service, I thought that was fair. However, he had me in braces for 2 years! I had to put my foot down to take the braces off because he couldn't ever say when he would be finished. He would say in four months, then four months would come then it would be another so and so months. There was no end in sight. For the 2 years that I came to him, he made me come in every 2 weeks. It was extremely inconvenient to leave my job to come in every 2 weeks for 2 years. He kept saying that the short time between visits would get me done faster, but clearly the process wasn't fast. He recommended filing down my incisors and I asked him for the risks and he said none, which I was a bit skeptical of. He ended up filing my right incisor such that I had extreme sensitivity for over a year. I still have mild sensitivity on that tooth. I didn't let him do any more filing because i didn't trust that process anymore and now my right and left incisors are uneven lengths. In the end, I don't think that my teeth look as straight as can be and it bothers me to see the difference in my incisors when I look at pictures. I've been deeply saddened and stressed throughout this process and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
