I was mislead as to how my insurance would be handled. When I asked if they took Aetna, the office manager told me that yes, we submit to Aetna. What she failed to explain is that submitting to Aetna means that they simply take your bill and ask Aetna if they'll cover it. My wife and my free x-rays and cleanings ended up being much more than free. Try Elliff Dental, much more upfront and they actually are in network for various insurances.
