Dr. CHRISTOPHER CHEN of SCHILLER PARK DENTAL OFFICE and his office is not good dental office. I make appointment at Jan. 2021. That nurse let me come on 12:30 PM, 3/3/2021. I have Aetne PPO insurance for my teeth cleaning and doctor check free/every 6 month. 1) This office didn't confirm appointment phone to me at 3/2/2021. 2) When I go to that office at 12:15, 3/3/2021. They let me waiting over to 1:00 PM. 3) Then That DR. CHRISTOPHER CHEN and nurse told me I have to pay $65 for take teeth X-ray. if no, I can't regist for my teeth cleaning. 4) Today, I didn't take teeth cleaning. I need to make another dental office appointment for my my teeth cleaning again. I didn't know Aetna insurance company how contract with this DR.CHRISTOPHER CHEN of Align SCHILLER PARK DENTAL OFFICE dental office. This Align SCHILLER PARK DENTAL OFFICE dental office Dr. CHRISTOPHER CHEN and nurse service is very bad!.
