Awful awful practice. The office is located at the bottom of an apt building in a small dark room. The actual dentist room is crowded and cramped for space with little room for the dentist and assistant. The drawers had hand-written labels as though a teenage girl wrote them with markers in study hall. As a new patient, I expected more than a 15min exam and some kind of questions about my health or dental work already done. I am a diabetic and that raises many dental health issues. Afterward there was no future appointment scheduled (thankfully) and now I am having problems getting my digital X-rays because apparently the office in not equipped with Internet nor does the secretary know how to burn a CD or use a thumb drive. Rude, incompetent, inconvenient, and remedial.

She's great. Very professional and thorough. I've recommended her services to several people.
