Unfortunately, I have had the challenge of visiting with many many dentists. Start with the environment that the office provides with the coffee, water and pleasant sitting area, but that is not what makes them special. I was there once and my second visit I was recognized as I approached the desk, welcomed and invited to the sitting room. I felt immediately welcomed. Then the expertise of the staff, the pleasant but professional manner in engaging you is wonderful. Engaging you is the key here, you are not a patient, a chart, you are the guy with the mouth full of issues and we want to really think about how to best help you.
