8I was with Dr Tippets and was happy for a while. Then things started to get more expensive and then quotes for work being done would be wrong. Mean, I was quoted one amount for a filling but once the work was done the amount billed was 4 times the amount. This happened again. Then the next time, they demanded the payment upfront before any work was done. I paid that amount as requested (they requested the full amount due). The work was completed and then the office contacted me the next day stating I had not paid the bill. I was treated terrible on the phone. I went to the office with my payment receipt in hand. The office proceeded to say I still owed more and accused me again of not paying my bill. We moved our family to another dentist after the last billing (error?). Six months later, we received a very large bill for an appointment we never made.

2I have been a patient of Dr. Lindley for over 40 years. He is professional, a great dentist and an amazingly caring person. Both Dr. Lindley and Dr. Hamilton and their staff have gone above and beyond all expectation when dealing with my family. They have been incredibly patient in difficult situations and they are always willing to work with you. The people in this practice are the best.
