I believe Dr. Pontious to be a good dentist; compassionate & fun but some of his staff are not living up to his reputation & bringing him down. The hygienist is rude, does not do a good cleaning & does not refer problems found to the doctor. One of the assistants/techs is also rude & does not take your issues seriously.
