2my wife was referred to Dr. O\'Reilly by my insurance company. she got a cleaning. Although the insurance company says Dr. O\'Reilly is in their plan and sent her payment for the service. Dr. O\'Reilly demanded a $200 in advance and stated that when they received the insurance reimbursement that I be reimbursed. The insurance company sent the check which was less than the $200 so the office sent the check back to the insurer and refused to reimburse me. This is not how to build a client base.
