Dr. Vic and his staff could not be any nicer or more accommodating!! I went in to speak about the options of invisalign three days before I left for christmas holidays. He and his staff went above and beyond to try and get me what I wanted. I had decided to get the invisalign and with the short time constraint he had me back later that day to get me fitted for the invisalign. He then had the company make the invisalign and rush deliver them to his office for when I returned from holidays. I was returning from holidays on a friday and then leaving again for school that monday and he offered to come in when the office was closed to put the invisalign in for me. Sadly a snow storm hit and the invisalign did not make it in time, because everything shut down, but that did not change how positively affected I was by working with him. His assistant Judy is the nicest woman, and kept me updated throughout the whole process (even calling me when the office was closed during the snow storm). I look forward to having Dr. Vic as my orthodontist, because he is trust worthy, diligent, and goes above in beyond in taking care of his patients!
