We moved here from Maine and we had a fantastic experience at Lofton Creek Smiles. Dr.Porter and her team were exceptional. My bridge needed work as one of my teeth that supported the bridge had a cavity and needed to come out. She was able to remove the older bridge and the bad tooth underneath and then make me a new bridge that looks great as it is in the front of my mouth. She educated me on my options but didn't try to sell the most expensive options like other offices but rather let me hear the options and let me pick with the information she provided. She was on time, very gentle and honest which I greatly appreciated. Needless to say my whole family comes here now. She is great with teenagers and the little ones as well. If you need the true family dentistry experience this is your dental office..
I have recommended Dr. Orlando in the past and will continue to do so. His painless treatment methods and courteous behavior ease the entire dental improvement experience..
Dr. Orlando?s diagnosis was totally wrong. The last two doctors? diagnosis in the same was exactly the same. The teeth that he worked on (the wrong ones) started aching the next day. Went back to the office, did not get much help from Dr. Orlando. The office put me with a different doctor to fix Dr. Orlando?s mistakes, but they wanted me to pay again. When I complained, they dropped me. Dr. Orlando is the worse, and the office he works for is not any better..
Dr Murphy is hot and humorous! The hours are super convenient! Everyone in office is friendly! They take great care with my kids. My daughter recently got a veneer and Dr Murphy didn’t like the one the lab made so sent it back and created a perfect temporary until the lab could get it corrected. He was very thorough through the entire process. He is knowledgeable and gentle. Did I mention he is hot? That’s an added bonus!!.
First - I really, really dislike going to the dentist. REALLY! Keeping that in mind, this is the first time in my life ( I’ll be 71 next birthday) that I’ve ever come out of ANY dentist’s office feeling totally at peace with my experience. The staff, each and every one, made me feel at ease, addressed all my concerns and .... well, they were just the nicest people.
