1I don\'t like to provide negative reviews but I just spent 20 painful minutes talking to Diasmiry to schedule my dental appointment. First I was told that I have to provide the insurance information before I can schedule the appointment. Then after having to repeat the insurance information 4 times she indicated that she need to call the insurance before she can schedule the requested appointment 9 weeks from now in December. She finally scheduled the appointment after I mentioned that the online form on I&R website only ask for name and requested date. This approach to patient care is not in line with message on website of \"patient-focused team of dental professionals that is always looking out for your best interest\". UPDATE: Business owner canceled my appointment due to bad review. No problem with national PPO insurance since this is a participating provider. Just moved here from out of state and made the mistake of choosing this local business.
