1One problem after another with this practice. They wouldnt let me in the room with my 4 year old during his first visit. I can understand it to a degree, but thought it very rude that they wouldnt budge when he was a little hesistant to go by himself. They also require x-rays at every visit - with is completely unnecessary - x-rays should be done on an as-needed basis. Most insurances dont cover them every visit, so you end up footing the bill. What bugged me was they didnt even ask if it was okay to do x-ray after x-ray - and I thought it was routine. Lastly, I was put on "inactive status" and had to get approved by the dentist to be seen again, after they insisted that they called to make an appointment "several times" which they never did. The reception staff was great - very friendly, good with kids - and the hygienist we had was a delight - but the dentist and the post-visit relations with the staff left a bad taste in my mouth ... Also told them I was finding a new dentist.

3What can I say, nothing but good things. More than a dentist, I think of him as a good friend. Explains everything and never pushes anything on you. He and his staff are very professional, yet personable. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs. We will deeply miss him as our dentist as we have retired and moved to SC.
