Ordered a PediFix Visco-Gel product through Amazon, which appears to be a counterfeit. Item arrived in a little plastic bag with no direction and care instructions. PediFix always packages their products in a rigid plastic container with instructions and on their packages the following is stated: 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or your money Back." The Therapy Connection refused to let me return or exchange the item they sent (I inadvertently ordered the wrong item).
