I am so sorry that I became a patient here. I had a root canal and crown done and to this day I am suffering the consequences. The crown does not fit at all, there is a huge noticeable gab between my teeth and gums. Food is constantly getting caught in the gap and no matter how much I floss and brush I cannot remove all the food. It has become inflamed three times. Soon after the procedure I returned to the office and complained I was told to just floss, it got to the point where I had to see other dentist and they all informed me that the crown needs to be removed and that there was a gab. I went back to Belkis Duran and she offered to fix my tooth after taking an X-ray, the only thing is she wanted to charge me AGAIN! When I brought up that paying again was a problem she suggested I help them commit insurance fraud by telling lies to my insurance company. This issue is not resolved I would ADVISE NOT TO GO HERE! save your money and your teeth, RUN!!!! Many of the dentist I went to after were puzzled as to why she wouldn't just fix the tooth. I am as well. She is unprofessional and doesn't care about her patients satisfaction or well being.
