Dr. Gross was great however the office manager has been avoiding me for almost three months. Not answering or returning my calls. I paid up front out of pocket and was expecting a reimbursement check after the insurance process was completed. Now they have full payment from me and the insurance checks as well and won\'t even try to contact me and consistently avoiding my attempts to contact the manager. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau
