I had a long wait because my dentist was out of town and they kindly worked me in since it was urgent. Dr. Ridenour explained the procedure very well, asked if I had questions and she was very gentle and caring. I've had some bad experiences with root canals in the past and was surprised at how efficiently she carried out the procedure and how painless (except for the numbing shots--and even those weren't so bad) the procedure was. The staff was also very considerate and caring.
