2Walgreens pharmacies can be really uneven and this is, I have to say, a pretty terrible one. One of the first times I went there they gave me someone else's prescription, which is actually extremely illegal. If I had reported them they would have gotten a fine and a citation. They also love to keep people waiting in line. They usually have one or sometimes no people behind the cash register, even though there might be three or four people inside the pharmacy itself, sometimes just chatting it up while a line is building up. If a customer has a problem, they will put everyone in the damn store on it, in spite of a growing line. I once got so fed up I stuck my head in the window and told them to put someone else on the register. Yesterday I called them to tell them I was delayed in picking up my prescription due to the blizzard and that I would pick it up Friday. Today I got a call from them asking when I was picking it up. I said "I called yesterday" and the lady said "Okay so you want us to re-shelve it?" I said, "No I called yesterday to say I did NOT want you to re-shelve it." Seriously I think they just send all the worst employees to that store. It's kind of mind-boggling. (PS. I'm really confused about all these reviews having to do with the smoothie counter. I think these people maybe put their reviews in the wrong place. To my knowledge there is no smoothie counter at this or any other Walgreens.)
