1I went in on an emergency, I was in a lot of pain and had struggled with it thru the Christmas Holiday. I was told on my first visit the Dr. Haraden would be able to do a root canal - or pull the tooth. Dr. Lee was there for my emergency visit and told me he was able to pull my tooth at that time. When I talked to the person who worked the front desk to arrange payment and explained that I would not be able to pay in full that morning but had insurance and would pay upon receipt of a detailed bill, I was told that there was not time to do either procedure that morning. Also, they were only able to do basic/simple root canals (????). I had been with my previous dentist for over twenty years and I was looking forward to a long term relationship with this particular office. Unfortunately, while they advertise they care about their patients - they did not care for me or want me for a patient. Fortunately, I was able to get a referral from a relative and will be seeing a dentist in Huntley.
