Dr. Lo has been our family dentist for 10 years. She is very professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and very kind and thoughtful. The staff there are very friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Lo to anyone looking for a good dentist!.
She is great! No pain!.
Incredibly arrogant and rude to patients. Does not wear mask and has spit into my open mouth (which I have told him) - even so, I have to remind every time that he needs to wear a mask. He spends as little time with patients as possible, and treats his visits like a transactional assembly line, seeing patient after patient without actually taking time with them. He explains next to nothing about your care, and when you pose a question or express any sort of concern he is rude and brushes you off.
