I am disappointed in Dr. Kanani's ethics. He seems to practice what the American Dental Association calls creative diagnoses. If you don't follow his suggested course of treatment, his office manager asks you to sign a waiver form stating that you have refused his recommended treatment. I first went to Dr. Kanani based upon having been asigned by my insurance carier. I asked for a cleaning and was told that I needed deep cleaning. $1200 out of pocket
