I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. I went 15 minutes early as they requested to fill out paperwork. After that, two other patients came in and were taken in to be seen, but they left me sitting there 45 minutes more! I found this to be extremely rude and it was a very bad example to set for a new patient. There web site claims they will exceed patient expectations. Well, they didn\'t even before I was even checked on! So I walked out never to return! F minus, minus rating!
