This Dentist is a joke. I paid extra, a great deal extra, for nitrous oxide. There is more nitrous oxide in a can of whipped cream then I got from these clowns. May be the billing staff is doing it all, because despite have Dental Insurance, I still payed over $100 out of pocket for a simple extraction, and these jerks are coming up with more trump up charges!
