2I have been a patient here for many years. I left feeling angry after my visit. The dental hygienist kept pushing cosmetic services despite me saying that I was not interested repeatedly. I found her to be insensitive towards my feelings and Pat medical history. As I was getting ready to leave the front desk put together pricing for the services I was not interested in. The next day I called to cancel my future appointment and expressed I would no longer be a patient there because I felt profits were put before the patient care and relationship and that I felt the hygienist was insensitive towards me. Annie the receptionist just said sorry about that, Canceled my appointment, and told me to have a good day. My concerns and feelings just didn’t matter, and fell on deaf ears. I am highly disappointed and angry. I will no longer be a patient here.
